This past week was intense and full of creative thinking, zoom meetings and brainstorming, which eventually brought us to place where we have a much better understanding on our product and users.
Our most significant insight is that our product comes in direct and close contact with the psychological. Therefore, we need to research in depth about the emotional person in process of self-acceptance.
We started by thinking about our product's contex, chose a metaphor to our solution that helped us understand the feeling that we want our users to have when they're using our product. And than tried to think about different products - what value they give to the user, and try to understand where it will meet the Koral in our product.
For example -
Zoom: Creates a sense of closeness between users.
The value of closeness in our product is expressed in two ways -
1. Creates a sense of closeness between Koral and the peer group - understanding that there are other people like her who feel this way.
2. Creates a closeness between Koral and herself, he will contain her and help her accept herself as she is with her pros and cons.
